Sr. Electrical Engineer: FairFax, VA

Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting controls, emergency power, and switchgear for healthcare, commercial, and institutional facilities. Develop engineering calculations, technical specifications, and construction documents while preparing and reviewing AutoCAD and Revit drawings. Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout all design phases, conduct site investigations, and provide construction administration support including field observations and RFI responses. Mentor junior engineers and participate in client meetings to develop practical engineering solutions. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations. This role focuses on MEP engineering rather than product design.
