Job Summary
Senior EHS Specialist role at Allegion/Steelcraft in Blue Ash/Cincinnati, OH for second shift. You will drive Environmental Health and Safety activities on site, lead EHS inspections, manage recordkeeping, conduct EHS training, lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses, perform risk assessments and data trend analyses, conduct audits/inspections, coordinate emergency response planning and drills, lead first responder teams, and collaborate with management to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in safety practices. Requires a BS in Environmental Health, Safety Sciences or related technical degree, 5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience, proficiency with ISO 14001/45001 and OHSAS 18001, strong communication and teamwork skills, and First Aid/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Environmental Health, Safety Sciences or related technical degree
- 5+ years EHS work experience in Manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 Standards
- First Aid / CPR certification
