Sr. EHS Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct monthly reviews of local EHS regulations and perform gap analyses to track mitigation actions and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with cross-functional departments, lead the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, and prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes. Manage all required licenses, organize mandatory training programs, and establish the OSH Management System in accordance with ISO 45001 standards. Oversee EHS management for GWS facilities and laboratories, including fire safety programs, chemical inventory reporting, and hazardous substance management. Develop EHS procedures, manage waste removal operations, and lead injury investigations while supporting BU SAQ tracking and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in the implementation and operation of ISO 45001 systems
- Class A Occupational Safety Management Personnel or Class A Occupational Health Management Personnel certification
- Strong English presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong data consolidation and analytical skills
- Ability to integrate and prepare reports
