Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery projects from inception through production, managing multiple concurrent matters while coordinating with law firms, corporate legal departments, and vendors. Advise clients on strategies for identification, collection, culling, filtering, processing, and document review, serving as the primary point of contact for queries, custom solutions, and workflow escalations. Lead project communication meetings, create and maintain timelines and budgets, and generate reporting on metrics and deliverables. Support the invoice process by reviewing and correcting client invoices. This client-facing leader leverages process and technology expertise to design and deploy appropriate solutions for Repario's law firm and corporate clients within a matrixed team environment.
Required Qualifications
- eDiscovery project management experience
- Ability to function well in a matrixed team environment
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters of varying sizes
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at law firms, corporate legal departments and other eDiscovery vendors
- Process and technology expertise
- Client-facing leadership skills
- End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects
- Knowledge of eDiscovery strategies from identification and collection through production
- Knowledge of culling and filtering
- Knowledge of processing
- Knowledge of document review
- Ability to lead high level project/matter communication meetings
- Ability to create, maintain and communicate project timelines and budgets
