Job Summary
Own the DTC category manager role for subscription and individual products, driving business growth, P&L, and pricing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and long-term profitability. Analyze consumer behaviors and market trends to synthesize data into actionable growth initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams. Execute innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. This hybrid position in Mountain View, CA, offers a salary of $140,000–$160,000 with stock options and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in driving eCommerce strategy and growth
- BA/BS required
- Demonstrated P&L ownership — you've managed a business with real accountability for results
- Strong analytical skills — you can dig into data, find the story, and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Experience developing and executing pricing and promotion strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to and influencing executive leadership
- Entrepreneurial drive — you take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and make things happen
- 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team)
- remainder of the week working remotely
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or similar graduate degree
- Experience in consumer subscription products, retail eCommerce, digital platforms, or related fields
