Job Summary
Sr E&E Hardware Eng focused on engineering development of HVAC and building power electronics hardware. Responsibilities include power electronics power stage/board design, IGBT application and gate driver design, derating, thermal analysis and EMC evaluation of power stage development; circuit/simulation work (PSIM), thermal and reliability simulations; hardware design using Cadence and Altium; PCB layout; hardware documentation (schematic, PCB, DFMEA); and demo board testing and function testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above Electronics Engineering, Electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, etc.
- More than 3 years power electronics hardware development or related experience
