Job Summary
Senior Documentation Officer responsible for collecting and reviewing AML and legal documentation for existing client relationships, coordinating with business partners to communicate documentation requirements and address necessary rework, attending client calls to walkthrough documentation requirements to ensure client understanding, and updating stakeholders on onboarding processes and any challenges or delays. Requires keen attention to detail, strong client liaison skills, stakeholder management across all seniorities, and effective written and oral communication. Italian language ability is optional. Prior experience with cash management or client onboarding documentation is advantageous.
