Job Summary
Senior-level Sr Document Production Associate role on 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 3pm-12am) in Columbus, OH, hybrid. Responsibilities include document production and word processing across client engagements, editing/transcribing/creating documents per standards, assisting workflow and QA, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, meeting deadlines, coordinating with peers/clients, and training junior staff. Requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, professional communication, and experience in legal/banking/corporate environments. Salary range $17.74-$24.47/hour plus 1.75/hour shift differential; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental/adoption support, tuition assistance, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Document production, word processing experience preferred
- Advanced skill in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Adept with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience with document production workflow, QA and training responsibilities
- Ability to train junior staff members
- Experience interacting with clients in person, over the phone or electronically
- Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex tasks and escalate when needed
- Familiarity with cost-efficiency and policy adherence
- Ability to work within policy and procedures
- Experience with keeping logs/tracking software
- Quality Assurance experience on work of others
- Ability to interact with multi-functional and diverse teams
