Sr. Division Order Analyst

Job Summary
Oversee and maintain a specific geographical area of responsibility for the Land team by creating ownership decks from title opinions, agreements, and curatives. Ensure timely royalty payments and maintain accurate division of interest records in the Enertia Land System for billing and revenue. Analyze legal documents to determine ownership relationships and resolve title issues, while coordinating with Accounting for revenue distribution and auditing suspense funds. Respond to inquiries from mineral owners and attorneys regarding property interests, performing routine data input and quarterly audits. Work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Division Order Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, or college degree
- 7 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
- Strong Marcellus, Montana and North Dakota experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Well organized and flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting
- Must possess the ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, copier, files, telephone, and fax
- Must maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
- Must have vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
- Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
- Must be located in downtown Houston, TX
- Must be available for hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays
