Job Summary
Direct and manage district-level sales operations in Chengdu for Organon, leading a team to meet business goals and improve product market share. Plan and organize regional market promotions based on local conditions, drive execution of marketing plans, and ensure timely collection of market feedback. Visit hospitals, establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, select and negotiate with major customers in collaboration with KA leads, and formalize agreements. Communicate and coordinate with commercial staff to ensure product availability, allocate resources effectively, and control costs. Complete reports accurately and on time. Enhance team product knowledge and stay informed about competitor products and market dynamics. Uphold SOPs, financial controls, and professional ethics; maintain a professional image and conduct. Build a high-performing team through management, coaching, and development; conduct quarterly performance evaluations and targeted coaching, drive talent retention and training needs, recruit suitable personnel, and foster cross-department collaboration. Drive a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (not explicitly stated)
