Job Summary
Lead the North American Field Service Organization for the Dx Commercial Operation, managing a geographically dispersed team of senior leaders. Own and develop the service business P&L, allocate resources for cost-effective results, and drive revenue growth objectives across territories. Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, lead strategic business reviews, and partner cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and expand business opportunities. Coordinate the command center to ensure resolution of customer issues and implement appropriate customer support strategies. Prepare and manage the delivery of Service Business Reviews for key accounts and participate in corporate strategic planning. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Biomedical with 20+ years of experience or a Master's/Doctoral with 18+ years, plus proven experience leading complex service organizations. The position offers a remote work arrangement and includes a salary range of $230,000-$290,000.
