Job Summary
Senior Director – Underground Services Solutions leads the development, packaging, and go-to-market execution of differentiated Underground Services offerings, aligning utility customer needs with outcome-based value propositions, driving growth, profitability, and market leadership. Roles include shaping long-term strategy, cross-functional leadership across Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Corporate Development, advancing pricing and financial modeling, and engaging customers at executive and operational levels to articulate value, while traveling to client sites as needed and guiding service quality, delivery, and enablement across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in electric utility or infrastructure services industries
- Experience in technical sales and solution-based selling a plus
- Experience applying design-thinking or customer-centric solution development methodologies
- Experience in product management, service solutions, or infrastructure services leadership preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (25% or so)
