Sr. Director, U.S. Cancer Biology

Contribute to R&D cross-functional strategy and oversight by serving as a member of the Boston site leadership team. Provide cancer biology expertise to lead target identification and validation as well as drug discovery efforts in Boston. Serve as Project Leader on early drug discovery projects and lead a team of team leaders and PhD and non-PhD scientists by providing scientific, performance, and career development supervision and mentorship. Work collaboratively with global colleagues to foster innovation and ensure a cohesive global oncology strategy. Evaluate external opportunities shared by External Innovation. Support the organization by maintaining a work environment focused on scientific integrity, open communication, and collaboration. Boston-based working in-office at least 4 days per week; full-time is preferred. Travel to Paris 1-2 times per year is likely.
