Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end performance of a regional non-emergency medical transportation network, managing vendor procurement, service delivery, routing operations, and cost management to achieve cost and performance targets. Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, and contracting initiatives to secure competitive rates with livery, wheelchair, and specialized transport vendors. Build and lead teams of routers and network managers while driving data-driven performance improvements focused on on-time delivery, trip completion, and member satisfaction. Monitor market trends, support client audits and accreditation processes, and ensure all providers meet federal, state, and local regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience managing networks with greater than $250M of run rate spend
- Expertise in network vendor management, vendor operations, or transportation/logistics
- Proven experience building long term supplier relationships and managing distributed vendor networks across multiple geographies
- Strong background in contracting, negotiations, and cost management
- Proven experience leveraging dynamic pricing tools and achieving price targets
- Proven experience using a tech-infused delivery model
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (healthcare, transportation, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and continuous improvement through data and KPIs
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Desired Qualifications
- NEMT experience
- Previously worked at a leading tech enabled logistics company
- Six Sigma or other process excellence training
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
