Job Summary

Manage a team of analysts with accountability for performance management and career development. Lead analytics strategy and execution across a global portfolio of oncology trials, guiding study-level leads and reviewing work as a strategic sounding board. Track delivery progress, escalating risks to ensure alignment with milestones and enterprise priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping trial strategy, feasibility, and portfolio planning through data-driven insights. Ensure cross-trial consistency in forecasting, feasibility modeling, and protocol analytics while promoting global collaboration. Lead discussions on cost implications of country mix and study design, and champion study optimization analytics including patient and site burden evaluation. Integrate analytics with clinical supply planning to ensure delivery-readiness and contribute to enterprise evolution of best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • 10+ years in management consulting, trial analytics, or clinical strategy
  • Direct experience with clinical trial feasibility, enrollment forecasting, and operational analytics
  • Deep experience in Oncology or related fields
  • Proven ability to lead teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and operate effectively across global functions
  • Demonstrated experience delivering under tight timelines and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate data-driven insights into enterprise-level decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Direct experience with building forecasting models, dashboards, and site feasibility tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred such as Biology, Medicine, Data Science, Computer Science, Clinical Research, etc.
