Job Summary
Lead transformation projects under the Catalyst program to deliver measurable impact across HPE, while driving pan-enterprise strategic priorities including Board-level questions on growth, portfolio, and competitive positioning. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on critical business decisions and support business units and FP&A in developing long-term plans and growth strategies. Work closely with the CFO and senior business unit and functional leaders to influence HPE's long-term direction and accelerate growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- significant time in management consulting in manager role or above
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation and corporate strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple functions
- Ability to frame problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights
- Comfort with financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations
- Skilled at crafting compelling narratives in PowerPoint and presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to mobilize teams and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
