Job Summary
Lead operational excellence and strategic initiatives across IQVIA’s global Consumer Health business, including driving process improvements, embedding technology, and building a world-class commercial operations function. Own M&A due diligence, portfolio expansion strategy, and program management for global CH programs. Conduct market research and support strategic account management to inform business needs and growth. Requires 10+ years in Consumer Health/Lifesciences, a business/marketing/life sciences degree, and strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Consumer Health, Lifesciences or related industry
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Life Sciences (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and financial analysis capability
- Ability to lead matrix teams and drive results
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
