Job Summary
Lead and drive Visa Direct sales across North America, overseeing the full sales cycle from strategy to execution for high-impact technology partners; develop and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Commercialization for launches and campaigns, represent Visa with executive credibility at client meetings, and provide market/ customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies. This hybrid role involves balancing in-office collaboration with remote work and requires a proven track record in executive-level, consultative selling within the payments industry.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience with Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with Advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years with PhD
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- 10+ years of executive and consultative selling experiences with a Bachelor’s degree
- Accomplished sales leader with a demonstrated ability to set overarching sales strategy
- Financial payment industry knowledge required, push payments or real-time payments experience a plus
