Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, balancing customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and business objectives to optimize inventory and working capital. Drive service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, product availability, and supply chain efficiency. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operational performance, establish key performance indicators, and manage departmental budgets. Coach a high-performing planning organization while fostering accountability and collaboration. Manage forecasts and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.
