Job Summary
Sr. Director, Servicer Performance to lead a network of 10+ high-revenue legal servicers, driving revenue and risk performance metrics, and mentoring performance directors. Responsibilities include managing scorecard methodologies, guiding strategies for pre-suit collections, suit selection, and post-judgment executions, analyzing state performance, and conducting risk analyses. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external legal network, and up to a week of travel each month. The position is a 100% in-office opportunity based in Greenville, SC, with a bachelor’s degree prerequisite and 7–10 years of process improvement/back-office/performance management experience; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years relevant experience in process improvement, back office operations, and performance management
- Strong integrative thinking
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Willingness to travel up to a week per month
- In-office role 100% in office
