Lead end-to-end operations across PepsiCo India Foods' company-owned plants and the national Contract Manufacturing network, delivering volume, quality, safety, and cost KPIs. Drive readiness for new green-field and brownfield expansions, oversee capital projects, and manage annual manufacturing budgets. Ensure 100% compliance with PepsiCo mandates, FSSAI standards, and statutory requirements while deploying operational excellence tools and digital capabilities. Build technical and operational capability across plant leadership and CoMan partners, fostering a strong culture of safety, ownership, and frontline empowerment. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape supply chain, sustainability, and talent agendas, ensuring alignment with global commitments and local regulatory expectations.
