Job Summary
Sr Director of Sales for Walmart & Sam’s Club leading the Vehicles, Action Figures, and Building Sets categories. Responsible for strategic direction and management of a large business portfolio and team, building and maintaining executive-level relationships with Walmart and Sam’s Club leadership, developing short- and long-term growth strategies for in-store and online channels, crafting and executing a customer- and shopper-centric strategic plan, collaborating with forecasting, marketing and finance to ensure attainment of financial targets, leading cross-functional programs, and coaching a sales team to achieve annual goals. Requires senior-level leadership, strong relationship-building, data analytics, forecasting, JBP, and entrepreneurial business acumen; bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, and 12+ years of related experience.
