Job Summary
Senior Director of Sales & Partnerships responsible for leading Direct Sales and the Partnership ecosystem, designing and executing go-to-market plans, driving growth targets, and coaching a high-performing team. Leads market expansion, aligns cross-functional teams (marketing, product, client success), and establishes KPIs to measure growth, ROI, and effectiveness of sales and partnerships initiatives. Oversees resource allocation, market research, and performance reporting to senior leadership, while representing the company at industry events to promote growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strategic Leadership with proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in sales, partnerships and/or GTM expansion
- Experience implementing sales team structure in outbound/hunting roles
- Expertise in managing channel and integration partnerships; experience with strategic alliances and referral partners a plus
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, ICP, ROI and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in allocating and managing team resources
- Experience working in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments a plus
- Empathy, tact, and poise under pressure; self-starter
