Job Summary
Sr. Director of Revenue Operations responsible for overseeing the revenue close and operational strategy across GTM initiatives, Customer Support Services, and related processes. Partners with executive leadership to design scalable revenue operations, drive integration of acquisitions, automate and optimize processes using data analytics, maintain SOX controls, and lead cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Ecosystems, Legal, IT, AR, Order Management, Fulfillment) to support growth in hardware, software, marketplace, and SaaS/Subscription models. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, AI-enabled optimization, and effective communication of risks and recommendations to executives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive accounting close experience, including experience in a public company, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
- Expert in ASC 606 revenue recognition accounting principles and a deep understanding of revenue operations for enterprise businesses (Hardware, Software, Marketplace, and SaaS/Subscription).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective new go-to-market strategies with a passion for continuous optimization of systems and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop rapport, credibility, and strong relationships across the organization.
- Intellectual curiosity, self-starter, and critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
