Sr Director, Revenue Marketing

Job Summary

Own Andela's global go-to-market marketing strategy, translating commercial goals into an integrated plan across North America, Europe, and MEA. Directly manage regional, partner, and product marketers while serving as the primary counterpart to regional sales leaders and the Director of Partnerships. Drive alignment between marketing and sales priorities, establish global pipeline coverage, and ensure consistent brand presence with appropriate regional adaptation. Lead product, solutions, and program marketing to position offerings for enterprise buyers, collaborating with Product and Learning teams to inform launches and messaging. Oversee partner channel strategy to secure resources for co-marketing programs and ensure partner-sourced pipeline contributes consistently to revenue. Set and track key performance metrics including pipeline contribution and event ROI, providing regular reporting to leadership on the health of the GTM function.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • strong track record in go-to-market, field marketing, demand generation, or related functions
  • ideally within a high-growth technology company
  • 7+ years in people management roles
  • demonstrated success leading and developing teams
  • Proven experience owning a GTM marketing strategy across multiple regions or markets simultaneously
  • direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Demonstrated experience managing or closely partnering with partner or channel marketing functions
  • understanding of how to build and scale co-marketing programs
  • Track record of building strong, productive relationships with sales leadership and other go-to-market stakeholders
  • experience working in a matrix organization where influence matters as much as authority
  • Experience working with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to connect marketing activity to measurable revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience operating as part of a global, remote-first organization
