Job Summary
Lead strategic planning and operational execution for the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team across the US and Rest-of-World, defining development strategies from preclinical through BLA and post-marketing. Construct cross-functional Product Development Plans, maintain integrated timelines, and conduct risk assessments to accelerate program delivery while ensuring quality. Cultivate collaborative relationships with functional leadership, mentor team members on communication and planning, and manage team SharePoint and ad hoc process improvements. Requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical project management with Smartsheet proficiency; includes up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a project/program manager leading complex pharmaceutical or biologic projects (Preclinical through NDA/BLA) in a multi-disciplinary, global environment
- Proven leadership experience in managing a global, cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in strategic planning, risk mitigation and operational problem solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to effectively influence without hierarchical authority in an environment with minimal business processes
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members to improve communication, planning and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations or emerging challenges. Proactively takes the lead to resolve an issue or challenge
- Smartsheet (or equivalent software): Intermediate proficiency required
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel): Demonstrated intermediate proficiency or higher is required
- Travel: up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting immunology, inflammatory diseases, dermatology, or allergy is a plus
- advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (or equivalent software) is a plus
