Job Summary
Senior Director, PMO responsible for building and leading a high-performing program management organization within Moog’s Space Division. Develop and implement division-wide PMO strategy, establish reporting structures, baselines, and governance aligned with government and commercial contracting expectations. Lead multiple Space Business Units, mentor senior PM leadership, and create dashboards and metrics to monitor cost, schedule, and margin. Collaborate across functions to ensure execution discipline, protect margin and customer confidence, and enable revenue growth and operating profit. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 15+ years of program management experience, PMP certification, and proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization with executive-level stakeholder management. Prior aerospace/defense experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
- At least 15 years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability
- PMP certification
- Experience leading in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills
- Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level
- Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries preferred
