Job Summary
Sr Director of Product Safety Head for Cellular Therapy/Hematology. Responsible for safety oversight and strategic direction across cellular therapy products, leading Medical Safety Officers and risk management activities, guiding end-to-end medical safety strategy for development and post-marketing stages, ensuring regulatory submissions, safety reports, and risk minimization programs, and collaborating with GSSRM and QPPV Pharma to drive safety insights, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree or equivalent (MD or equivalent)
- 8+ years of substantial Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- management experience supervising a group of employees
- strong leadership and CREEDO values
- knowledge of cellular therapy products and PV guidelines
- experience with post-marketing safety assessment
- ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- experience in regulatory filings and safety risk management plans
- familiarity with Good Clinical Practices and PV regulatory requirements
- fluency in English
