Job Summary
Senior Director of Product Management for AI Experiences leading a cross-functional team to define a multi-year AI experience roadmap across Vivint and NRG’s smart home portfolio. Translate advanced AI/ML capabilities (e.g., computer vision, edge processing, predictive analytics) into proactive, ambient consumer experiences; author high-quality narrative documents (PRFAQs, Working-Backwards, Operating Plans) to align VP+ stakeholders on AI investments and privacy policies; collaborate with Data Science, Platform Engineering, UX Language teams, and Hardware Product lines to turn telemetry into deeply personalized customer value; manage and scale a lean team of Technical Product Managers with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, ambiguity navigation, and customer-centric outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to shipping consumer-facing AI/ML software features, intelligent IoT experiences, or complex data-driven platforms at scale
- Technical partnerships with AI data scientists, ML platform engineers, and data privacy teams
- 3+ years directly managing and developing technical product professionals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
