Job Summary
Senior Director Procurement, Packaging & International leads global packaging and international procurement category strategy, driving category management, negotiation, supplier relationships, sustainability and risk management. Responsible for developing and coaching a team of ~35, aligning governance and policy adherence, and partnering with executive leadership to deliver measurable topline and bottom-line results across multiple regions and global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Packaging, Engineering or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in Procurement and a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within the CPG industry
- Experience with packaging, ingredients, commodities and service procurement is preferred
