Job Summary
Sr. Director, Patient Services Analytics at EVERSANA leads data and analytics strategy and execution for Patient Services, including advanced reporting modules, patient hub/CRM data enablement, and insights generation. The role includes acting as Data and Analytics Lead in pitches, managing a team of analysts (onsite and offshore), delivering scalable best practices across Copay, Reporting, and Analytics solutions, presenting to clients, coordinating proposals, and collaborating with product, IT, and client teams to drive outcomes. Strong emphasis on data integration (EHR/EMR, Open/Closed Claims Data, Payer/Plan, RWD/RWE), KPI development, and ensuring ROI improvements across patient services programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics or equivalent
- 11+ years of experience in data and analytics with client-facing responsibilities
- Knowledge of cloud storage, Tableau, PowerBI, and other data visualization software
- Familiarity with copay assistance programs and related industry initiatives
- Licenses/Certificates: Tableau Desktop certified associate or Power BI certification; AWS, GCP or Azure certifications
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills
- Experience leading analysts (onsite and offshore) and delivering analytics artifacts
- Ability to translate business objectives into analytical questions and work with IT, Analytics & Data, and client teams
- Demonstrated ability to present insights-driven storytelling to clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements
- Agree to abide by ADA/respectful work environment rules
- Travel less than 25%
- Hours 40 per week
