Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Patient Access is responsible for the operational oversight and performance management of centralized, multi-specialty call centers, leading patient access strategies, including EHR optimization and telehealth integration. This role requires the development and implementation of service policies to maximize patient access and satisfaction. The candidate must analyze performance metrics, provide feedback for service improvements, and coordinate with physician leaders and operational stakeholders. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in ambulatory patient access leadership and certification in Epic Cadence.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in an ambulatory patient access leadership role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Epic Cadence certification
