Job Summary
The Sr Director of Patient Access leads and oversees patient access functions within Ensemble Health Partners, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, improving patient experience, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include providing vision and leadership for on-site staff, establishing relationships with operational leaders, organizing functions with clear accountability, recruiting and training staff, and managing departmental budgets. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, extensive leadership and patient access experience, and a commitment to promoting a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of Patient Access experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment
- Financial and project management experience
