Job Summary
Sr. Director, Credit Processing Services, reporting to the Vice-President, Client Operations, accountable for delivering sustainable operational excellence across Credit Processing Services for Large Corporate, Agency and Trade Finance Operations in Canadian and international regions. Leads strategy to enhance client experience, drive continuous improvement, accelerate automation and digitization, and cultivate a positive environment. Responsible for strategic direction of Large Corporate, Global Syndications and Global Trade Finance teams; participates in process improvement and quality initiatives to boost client service and operational efficiency. Work arrangement details (proportion of on-site and remote) to be discussed at interview.
