Job Summary
Lead Operational Excellence across Electrical Equipment Center of Excellence (EECOE) manufacturing operations, driving HSE and Quality Management System (SMS/QMS) adherence, and deploying The MCG Way to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Direct the strategy deployment, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives; oversee safety audits, certifications, and corrective actions; coach and develop site-level leaders in Lean principles, visual management, and problem solving; manage KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance across multiple facilities; supervise a team of Operational Excellence professionals (minimum of two direct reports) and partner with HR on recruiting and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline
