Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for delivery of complex software initiatives in digital banking; oversee multiple technology deliveries, interface with senior leaders, drive consensus across objectives, manage cross-functional collaborations, elevate engineering standards, and coach next-level leaders; deep expertise in system design, full stack development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity controls; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills; experience with AI/ML and Generative AI is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 10+ years applied experience in software engineering
- 5+ years experience leading technologists
- Deep expertise in system design, full stack development, testing, and operational stability for digital platforms
- Deep expertise with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with enterprise design patterns and modern tech (microservices, APIs)
- Experience building and mentoring technology teams
- Ability to work in an agile environment with distributed teams
- Experience implementing cybersecurity & technology controls
- Executive presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
