Job Summary
Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the regulatory capital and reporting ecosystem, combining hands-on technical leadership with strategic vision to transform capital computation, regulatory submissions, and supervisory compliance. Required Qualifications

- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, system design, testing, and operational stability
- Hands-on experience with Basel implementations and regulatory transformations
- Proven ability to lead large or cross-functional technologist teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience preparing C-suite materials and communicating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
