Job Summary
Lead design and implement new Shelter program models across Manhattan and Bronx sites, establishing policies, staffing structures, and evidence-based practices. Oversee high-quality day-to-day operations for multiple facilities funded by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, managing 24/7 staff scheduling, census, and staff-to-youth ratios. Hire, train, and supervise a team of Program Coordinators and supervisors while conducting dry and live audits to ensure full regulatory and child protection compliance. Collaborate with leadership to drive programmatic goals, manage performance evaluations, and cultivate an inclusive organizational culture. Provide clinical and case management support as needed, utilizing data systems to evaluate program outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
