Sr. Director of Sales, Salesforce (HLS, FINS)

Job Summary
Senior sales leadership role to spearhead expansion into regulated industries (Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services) within Salesforce ecosystem. Drive incremental sales and pipeline across HLS and FINS, engage Salesforce leadership and partners, build and lead a high-performing sales team of Account Executives, develop a scalable sales model, and maintain strong executive relationships. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching, managing end-to-end sales to deliver consulting, advisory services, managed services, and AppExchange offerings, collaborating with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product, and Delivery to create recurring revenue and differentiated market offerings, and maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce. Travel up to 25% may be involved; remote and in-person collaboration across hubs and HQ locations are highlighted as part of a flexible work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment
- Deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically within regulated industries
