Sr. Director of Product Management

Senior Director of Product Management to lead the next chapter of Humanetics' software portfolio within Digital Initiatives. Own multi-product portfolio strategy, define long-range vision, build and lead a senior PM organization, and drive agentic AI integration across the product development lifecycle to accelerate delivery velocity and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include defining multi-product strategy, aligning roadmaps across engineering, DevSecOps, design, GTM, and customer success; leading and developing the PM team; championing agentic AI in product workflows; refining AI product operating standards; owning revenue plans across the portfolio; representing product leadership to boards and customers; collaborating with marketing on positioning and pricing; and driving AI-fluency in hiring and work practices. Required skills include 15+ years in product management with 7+ years managing others, proven CI/CD of a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio, AI tooling fluency, experience transforming product organizations, and executive-level communication. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA/MS a plus), experience in connected hardware/software platforms, automotive/aerospace/test-and-measurement domains, and familiarity with regulated environments and M&A diligence.
