Job Summary
As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead the evolution of the Fixed Ops "Service Suite" product portfolio, defining and delivering innovative tools for automotive dealer service departments. Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, analyzing product performance metrics, managing the product development lifecycle, and collaborating across engineering, design, and sales teams. You are expected to develop user experiences that enhance convenience for consumers and profitability for dealers, define KPIs for product performance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Required qualifications include over a decade of product management experience, with significant leadership experience in the automotive sector.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing dealer and consumer facing automotive solutions
- Familiarity with a dealer's service drive and the repair lifecycle
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Proven expertise in the automotive industry
- Experience working in SaaS environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with managing the agile development process and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of trends in consumer behavior and technology within retail or automotive sectors
