Job Summary
Oversee multi-state operations to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery and regulatory compliance across fiscal intermediary and self-direction programs. Develop scalable operational frameworks, monitor regional performance, and lead corrective actions while serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues. Execute enterprise-level strategic initiatives, partner with executive leadership on national growth, and establish KPIs to drive results. Lead and develop regional Directors of Operations, building leadership pipelines and supporting succession planning. Ensure audit readiness by partnering with Compliance teams and representing the organization with state agencies and key stakeholders. This remote, national role requires travel for state visits and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field (required)
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles
- Proven success leading multi-state or national operations in regulated environments
- Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Must be available for travel based on business needs, including visits to state operations, partners, and key meetings
