Job Summary
Senior Director of North America Field Marketing responsible for defining and executing an AI-enabled field marketing strategy across the Americas, aligning with sales, channel, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Leads strategic planning, regional ABM and field programs (including executive dinners, roadshows, MDF events, and partner-led initiatives), collaborates with channel marketing, drives cross-functional alignment, and uses AI and analytics to optimize budget, program mix, and ROI. Demonstrates leadership across a fast-paced, global organization to accelerate pipeline and revenue while building a teamwork-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Proven success driving +$1B pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B Saas technology company
- Experience supporting direct sales and channel-led GTM motions
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive audiences
- Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing—beyond experimentation—to improve targeting, execution efficiency, personalization, and ROI
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools; comfort partnering deeply with Marketing Ops and RevOps teams
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization
- Hands-on leadership style with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
