Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role leading and directing complex technology projects and programs in Global Banking as an Executive Technical Program Manager. Design and drive strategic initiatives to optimize internal end-user workplace technology, manage stakeholder relationships across technology and business units, provide thought leadership and technical guidance, and deliver business outcomes. Requires 10+ years of applied program-management experience, 5+ years leading technologists, and expertise in desktop and workspace technologies, mobile solutions, and Generative AI, with strong analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the iCTO and partnering with the Execution Lead to ensure strategy execution and firmwide impact. Jersey City, NJ location noted for on-site execution.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on Executive Technical Program Management concepts
- 10+ years of applied experience in leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items
- 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical reasoning and applying critical thinking to break down objectives into manageable tasks
- Expertise in Physical and Virtual Desktop environments, Workspace solutions, Business Voice Solutions, Mobile technology, and Generative AI advancements
- Strong focus on metrics and reporting related to technology adoption, user experience, performance, and problem management
- Expertise in stakeholder management and establishing productive relationships to propel firm objectives
