Sr. Director of Information Technology

Job Summary
Lead regional IT strategy and architecture implementation to optimize performance and scalability. Serve as the primary business partner to functional leaders, translating needs into aligned solutions and roadmaps. Oversee delivery of infrastructure, applications, networks, data processing, and user support services across the region. Direct cybersecurity strategy execution, including risk mitigation and 24x7 system protection. Drive ERP implementation and optimization while managing vendor relationships and IT budgets. Build and lead a high-performing team to foster compliance and innovation. Align technical architecture with global standards and remediate issues as needed. Partner with corporate teams to advance digital transformation and analytics capabilities. Based in Fort Lee, NJ, this role supports Plasma North America operations within Kedrion Biopharma's plasma therapy business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive senior-level experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience implementing and managing ERP systems with deep understanding of functional and technical environments
- Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, data management, and system environments
- Experience managing complex IT environments supporting 300+ users
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Proven ability to align IT strategy with business needs and drive large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to apply emerging technologies to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency
