Job Summary
Lead the IAM program for Hitachi Digital, advising the CISO on enterprise identity security and ensuring the right access to resources. Manage key platforms including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, and Active Directory while leading an international team to maintain system uptime. Design secure identity architectures and translate technical concepts into risk assessments for large-scale projects. Requires 10+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years managing IAM, and expert OKTA proficiency. Full-time role with flexible arrangements; salary negotiable based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Expert level understanding of trends in the industry for identity and access management
- 10+ years of experience working in Cybersecurity
- 5+ years of experience managing IAM programs
- Expert level technical experience with OKTA
- Expert level experience with SSO integrations
- Expert level experience with design and architecture with identity systems in a large enterprise
- Strong familiarity with the concepts of PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE
- Ability to design systems to accomplish these controls and concepts
- A fluency in the language of cybersecurity
- The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to an assessment of risk
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and variable in a dynamic and fast moving large scale project with tight deadline
- Attention to detail and quality is an absolute must
- Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several times a week in odd hours to support the Americas, Europe and Asia
