Job Summary
Serve as the strategic technology leader for Medtronic's global supply chain, partnering with business executives to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across planning, logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives by leveraging data, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, and decision-making while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value. Own the delivery and continuous improvement of critical supply chain applications and platforms, maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and risk management protocols. Build and develop a high-performing global team while influencing stakeholders across a complex organization to translate business priorities into multi-year digital roadmaps. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and involves a minimum of 4 days a week onsite at Minnesota sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 13+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced degree
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex technology portfolios
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain IT
- Experience in planning
