Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a global, multi‐channel consumer brand environment
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
- Strong experience in integrated marketing, including brand, wholesale, retail, and digital marketing
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, cross functional organization
- Experience partnering with creative teams and managing external agency relationships
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, influencers, organic social, and performance based marketing
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing operating budgets and translating strategy into executional plans
- Ability to analyze and synthesize consumer insights, performance data, and social analytics into actionable marketing strategies
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills and executive presence
- Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity while driving results in a fast paced environment
- Consumer centric mindset with a passion for brand building, innovation, and continuous improvement
