Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a global, multi‐channel consumer brand environment
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing, including brand, wholesale, retail, and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, cross functional organization
  • Experience partnering with creative teams and managing external agency relationships
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, influencers, organic social, and performance based marketing
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing operating budgets and translating strategy into executional plans
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize consumer insights, performance data, and social analytics into actionable marketing strategies
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity while driving results in a fast paced environment
  • Consumer centric mindset with a passion for brand building, innovation, and continuous improvement
