Job Summary
Sr. Director, Hosting Business Development to drive Libsyn’s growth with top-tier podcasters, networks, and media companies. Lead strategic client acquisition, translate client needs into actionable insights for Product/Engineering/Marketing, and scale initiatives that expand revenue, engagement, and platform adoption. Represent Libsyn externally at events and in industry discussions, collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and client experiences, define and track KPIs for partnerships and platform adoption, and provide regular leadership reporting. Requires significant experience in SaaS/digital content and strong relationships within the podcasting ecosystem; remote-friendly work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in SaaS, media, podcasting, or digital content, including senior business development or strategic partnership roles
- Deep industry relationships with podcasters, networks, agencies, or media companies
- Proven ability to lead strategic growth initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience translating insights into actionable strategies
- Understanding of podcast hosting, distribution, and monetization workflows
