Job Summary
Senior FP&A leader role responsible for translating corporate strategy into multi-year financial targets and plans, leading long-range planning and scenario modeling, and driving capital allocation decisions. Partner with Strategy, BD/M&A, and product teams to deliver data-driven insights, robust governance, and compelling narratives for the Board and executives. Key duties include owning the long-range planning framework, advancing FP&A transformation through process redesign and automation, developing scalable reporting, and delivering strategic financial leadership across organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Requires proven experience in strategic FP&A, financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leaders. Travel as needed. US base salary range: $220,000 to $335,000, with eligibility for incentives; comprehensive benefits package described in posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and PowerPoint for executive audiences
- Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems (S4/HANA, Anaplan, HFM, Essbase, OneStream) or comparable platforms
- Excellent communication and ability to influence across organizational levels
- Willingness to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced credential strongly preferred
- CPA or CFA strongly preferred
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience
